About this location
Our Ofsted registered Cookery Camps are run at Sibford School.
At the Sibford School campus, there is a dedicated home economics room which is equipped with enough ovens to ensure students never have to wait before they can put their creations in to bake. As well as these great cooking facilities, the school building lies at the heart of 50 acres of land. It has a sweeping natural landscape which provides a lovely and tranquil backdrop for our young chefs. It is a wonderful place for our students to make lasting memories during the holidays.
Activities
Our Active Chefs camp is a fun way to introduce young people, aged 8-14, to the enjoyment that comes from cooking. Our aim is to inspire children to get cooking, and to nurture their skills in the kitchen, by creating nutritious food from scratch. All dishes are vegetarian but dishes can be made with vegan alternatives if requested in advance.
Children will develop their independence, and make new friends along the way! Our committed chef leaders are enthusiastic and welcoming and ensure that every child feels included and excited about the delicious food they are making.
All ingredients, cooking equipment, packaging and recipe sheets are provided, but please bring your own apron together with a packed lunch. We look forward to welcoming you!
Please note: Before and after the Chefs program begins, the children will integrate with the Active Camps program to provide the extended hours required by parents

Henrietta absolutely loved it! She was so proud of what she had made and enjoyed it all when she got home! Would love to do it again
Lydia
Erin loved the two sessions she attended during the Easter hols, it's such a different offering from other holiday clubs around. She has always enjoyed being involved in cooking and baking at home, but this gave her some real independence and she learnt lots and was really proud of the things she brought home for us to taste.
