About this Venue

Our Ofsted registered Activity Camps in Dorchester are hosted at Sunninghill Prep School.

Sunninghill Prep School lies at the heart of Dorchester. It is a lovely site with lots of amenities including astro turf; perfect for winter seasons, an outdoor play area and even an enchanting woodland area! With these extensive outdoor facilities, this site exudes exploration and adventure. There is even an outdoor swimming pool for summer months. Indoors, there is a hall for indoor team games, dancing and drama and rooms for arts and crafts. There is also a low ropes course within the adventure playground. At an extra cost, there are also special external facilities and activities on offer, such as sailing and equestrian (Summer and Easter). But this site is more than just its fantastic facilities, it is about providing a backdrop for countless new friendships and memories!

Activities

At our Active Camps, children engage in a wide range of activities, from lively sports games to craft activities. Our energetic and passionate camp leaders curate a new programme for every camp and each day introduces a fresh theme, ensuring no two days are alike!

Activities might include dodgeball (with a twist), and a game of Just Dance, to name just a couple of examples. At this particular site, the outdoor swimming pool allows for all sorts of swimming games. The special woodland area creates the opportunity for nature trails and bug hunts. It can even be used for art sessions, for example, finding leaves to create a picture! WOW activities also make an appearance from time to time at this location, which might include Go Karts and quad bikes. Our camps are friendly and welcoming. They are all about making friends, getting active, and expressing yourself authentically.

Swimming (May and Summer Only)

We are unable to guarantee that every child will swim every day. If your child would like to take part in swimming when it is available, please make sure they bring their swim kit each day. Occasionally, access to the pool is not possible. This is due to the unpredictable nature of pool maintenance and means that swimming will not be available during every holiday.

Times & Price

£44 per day or £205 per week(Mon-Fri) – No extra fees to pay.
